“Fighters back” is a nonprofit for IDF combat soldiers veterans, who have served a full army service, within three years of release, and are interested in gaining new practical skills for their next chapter in life – being a civilian
Part C – Giving back to society
Each fighter that graduated will present a plan for a social innovation in their neighborhood or city, and will get a scholarship to fund it. This is a significant step in the year after our program.

Each Fighter is getting a mentor, a personal guide, which will walk alongside them for a year long journey, which helps the fighters define and have future goals..

We meet in a group once a week during the evening for five months. The meetups will give the Fighters practical tools and a better understanding of the professional, university, entrepreneurship and economic fields.
