“Fighters Back” is a non-profit, dedicated to fighters who have completed a full
military service, within three years of release and interested in acquiring significant
civilian life tools. We focus on preparing fighters for independent living at a proper
starting point, with a focus on social benefit, as part of the process of creating equal opportunities in Israeli society.

Part C – Giving back to society

Each fighter that graduated will present a plan for a social innovation in their neighborhood or city, and will get a scholarship to fund it. This is a significant step in the year after our program.

Part B – Mentoring

Each Fighter is getting a mentor, a personal guide, which will walk alongside them for a year long journey, which helps the fighters define and have future goals..

Part A – Learning the basics

We meet in a group once a week during the evening for five months. The meetups will give the Fighters practical tools and a better understanding of the professional, university, entrepreneurship and economic fields.
