About Us

Each year, about 12,000 fighters and fighters are released in the State of Israel, more than 50% of whom live in the social or geographical periphery of the State of Israel.

During and after the military service, we, fighters and commanders in the IDF, felt a personal difficulty of released fighters in using and exhausting their past capabilities to the stage of civilian life. Many times the fighter who was released feels that they have been “stuck behind”.

After our release from the IDF, we decided to take action and make an impact.

We decided to focus on the fighters who came from the geographic and social periphery of the State of Israel, who have completed full service despite the many domestic and other difficulties involved, and provide them the springboard to begin their independent lives at an equal starting point for all released soldiers.
