Each year, about 12,000 fighters and fighters are released from The IDF “Israeli Defense Forces.” More than 50% of whom live in the social or geographical periphery of the State of Israel.
After our personal experience as fighters, commanders & Officers in the IDF we felt an incredible gap between our military and civilian life.
Us fighters encountered difficulties bringing our past capabilities to the centre stage of civilian life, resulting in a feeling of being “left behind” as the rest of society progresses.
So, we decided to bridge the gap. We decided to take action.
Upon our release from the IDF we focused on the fighters who came from this geographic and social periphery of the State of Israel. Given the fact that these fighters face difficulties at home, our organization aims to provide them with the springboard to begin their independent lives at an equal starting point.
